Follow-up appointments are for tracking your progress and ensuring that you stay on the path to achieving your health goals.

During these appointments, your practitioner will assess your progress and provide tailored advice on lifestyle changes and exercises that can enhance your well-being. Whether it's incorporating scar massage techniques, Pilates core strengthening, or pelvic floor exercises, your follow-up sessions will be designed to support your unique journey.

During these sessions there may also be hands on treatment from the physiotherapist.
You will receive guidance on how frequently to schedule these appointments and which duration—30, 45, or 60 minutes—would be most beneficial for you.
At the end of each follow-up session, you'll have a clear understanding of the next steps and any adjustments needed in your routine.
