Scar therapy is a hands‑on approach that aims to soften and remodel scar tissue, improving flexibility, reducing pain or hypersensitivity, and helping restore normal movement around the scar site. Visceral therapy (or visceral mobilisation) uses gentle manual techniques to improve the glide and mobility of internal organs and their surrounding fascia, which can ease abdominal or pelvic pain, improve bowel and bladder function, and support recovery after surgery or in conditions such as endometriosis or pelvic organ prolapse.
Clinical Pilates is a physiotherapist‑guided form of exercise that uses modified Pilates movements and equipment to improve core stability, posture, and alignment as part of rehabilitation or injury prevention. It focuses on precise, controlled movements and breathing to retrain deep trunk and pelvic girdle muscles, making it especially useful for back pain, post‑surgical recovery, pelvic‑floor dysfunction, and general functional fitness.
Therapeutic coaching is a blended approach that combines elements of counselling and coaching to support emotional wellbeing while helping people move towards specific life or health goals. It offers a safe, reflective space to explore feelings, limiting beliefs, and patterns, then partners with the client to build practical strategies, resilience, and self‑awareness for lasting change.
