Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment please use the link in your confirmation email.
If you wish to reschedule an appointment with more than 48hours notice there is no charge, however if you wish to cancel and pursue a refund:
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice can expect a full refund minus Administration fees (1.5% + 20p)
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% charge minus Administration fees (1.5% + 20p)
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend are subject to 100% charge
Once cancelled your refund will be processed as appropriate on the same working day but may take up to 10 days to show in your bank account.
Once a block of treatment sessions has been purchased and the first session has taken place, the full amount paid is non-refundable, and non-transferable If a client chooses not to continue with the sessions they forfeit any monies paid and no partial refunds will be issued.
