We are thrilled to introduce our transformative Midlife package, specifically designed to enhance your overall health and well-being during this significant stage of life!
This comprehensive program with an in-depth two-hour assessment where we thoroughly evaluate various aspects of your health, including your posture, movement, sleep quality, exercise levels, and pelvic health. Following this detailed evaluation, you will receive personalized guidance tailored to your unique needs, along with a crafted treatment plan that aims to address your personal goals and objectives.
To ensure you stay on the path to success, two follow-up sessions, scheduled at two week (a therapeutic coaching session) and one month (a review / coaching session - your choice), after your initial assessment are included.
This ongoing support is designed to keep you motivated and thriving as you navigate this vibrant phase of life. Let us help you embrace your midlife journey with confidence and expert care!

Your initial appointment will take place after you have completed the assessment forms that will be sent to you prior to your appointment. Please ensure that these forms are filled out and returned in time to facilitate a smooth and efficient session.

At your appointment we will go through the forms to create a clear picture of your current concerns and discuss your areas of priority. I will then assess movement, strength, pelvic floor function if desired and we will discuss your sleep and stress levels.

At the end of your appointment I will send you a summary report of areas which you have decided require some focus and the lifestyle plan we have agreed to help you put some changes in place to improve you experience and plan for a healthy and fulfilling midlife and beyond.

Your follow up sessions at 2 weeks and one month following the initial session will focus on reviewing the current plan and adding additional activities if you are requiring more challenge and reviewing your current concerns as these may have moved on since the initial appointment.
