Menopause Musings is a monthly 90-minute discussion and support group designed for clients who have been navigating the often-overlooked emotional, physical, and mental shifts of menopause. Whether you're in perimenopause, post menopause, or somewhere in between, this group offers a welcoming place to speak freely, ask questions, and feel understood.

What to Expect
Each session is thoughtfully facilitated to encourage open conversation, mutual support, and shared wisdom. Topics may include:

Managing hot flashes, sleep issues, and mood swings
